Description

AEROMONAS SELECTIVE AGAR (Ryan) is a selective medium for the isolation of Aeromonas hydrophila from clinical and environmental samples. The medium, formulated by Ryan, is indicated by Unichim 1039:2002 method, for the search for Aeromonas spp. in water for human consumption. The medium allows the growth of different species: Aeromonas, Pseudomonas, Plesiomonas e Proteus.
