Brilliant Green Agar Modified is a selective medium for the isolation of Salmonella with the exception of Salmonella typhi from feces, foods, milk derivates and waste water according to the methods UNI EN ISO 6579 and R.ISTISAN 96/35.This medium has the advantage of inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli, Proteus and Pseudomonas.
