Enrichment supplement for blood cultures for the research of Haemophilus spp and/or other fastidious bacteria (Actinobacillus e Cardiobacterium).

The genus Haemophilus consists of a group of aerobic or anaerobic gram negative bacteria, optional, immobile and non-spore-forming, which require two growth factors for their development: X Factor (Emine), V Factor (NAD) or both X+V. Their capacity for growth in the presence of one or both factors is an essential element for the differentiation of the species.
