Description

The diagnostic Linearcount 3 Vaginal Swab kit allows the cultivation and isolation of Candida and yeasts (aerobically), of Neisseria Gonorrhea (microaerobically), and Gardnerella vaginalis (microaerobically).

Linearcount 3 media kit contains:

• Sabouraud Agar+CAF+TTC (used for the isolation of pathogenic fungi from clinical samples, and also allows the differentiation of Candida albicans)
• Thayer Martin Agar (used for the isolation of N. gonorrhoeae)
• Gardnerella Vaginalis Agar (used for the selective isolation of G. vaginalis)
