Description

Biggy Agar is a selective differential medium for the presumptive identification of Candida spp. The medium is a modified formulation by Nikelson and exploits the different of the sulphyte reduction ability, typical of the various types of Candida; this allows a differentiation through the coloration and the form of the colonies.
