Bovine Serum is a supplement used for different media, for high protein content (albeit lower than the horse serum). Serum rich in growth factors compared with other animal sera, supplemented with a base culture medium, complete of trace elements, allows optimization of growth and bacterial development.

The bovine serum supplied by Microbiol comes from controlled breeds that guarantee the use of donors without antibiotic treatment.
