GLUCOSE OF MEDIUM 2017

Glucose OF Medium is a semi-solid medium indicated by UNI EN ISO 21528-1:2017 and UNI EN ISO 21528-2:2017 standards for the confirmation test of enterobacteriaceae. The medium highlights the fermentation of glucose with the development of a yellow medium color, determined by the turning of the indicator (Bromthymol blue).
